Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of TagTidy and PageCrate, provided by Tatonic, Bozeman, MT. By using either app you agree to them.
Use of the apps
You must have permission to manage the account you connect. You are responsible for the changes you confirm. TagTidy shows a preview and asks for a confirmation code before any change, but merges, renames and deletes cannot always be undone, so export your tags first if you want a record.
Billing
Paid plans bill monthly (and, for PageCrate, a one time fee) at the price shown when you subscribe. You can cancel any time, and service continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.
No warranty
The apps are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee they will be error free or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Tatonic is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms by posting them here. We may suspend access for abuse. You may stop using the apps at any time.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Montana.
